Vincent J Napoleon

Vincent J. Napoleon is the Founder, President, and CEO of Eagle Consulting Services, LLC. With more than 25 years in government contracting, Mr. Napoleon has served as general counsel and counsel for major Fortune 100 companies serving various agencies of the Department of Defense. In his capacity as general counsel, Mr. Napoleon has provided business and legal solutions to clients in various industries including aerospace, manufacturing, software, professional services, and life sciences industries. In addition, Mr. Napoleon has provided counsel to clients in a number of different industries during his tenure at the global law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Mr. Napoleon also served as Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) where he played a principal role in the merger between Price Waterhouse LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP and provided extensive broad-based corporate legal advice to the senior leadership of PWC. Mr. Napoleon has also served as the chief corporate lawyer for the Philadelphia Office of the City Solicitor where he provided advice and counsel to the Mayor, the City Solicitor, and other Cabinet level executives on all corporate matters during the Rendell Administration. He is currently a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, where he serves as the senior reservist to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for contracting and Chief of Contracting for the Air Force District of Washington. Mr. Napoleon received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
